Vung Ro Bay is a small bay in Phu Yen Province, Vietnam. It is located in the south of Phu Yen Province, in the commune of Hoa Xuan Nam, Dong Hoa district, 25km from the city of Tuy Hoa City. The bay is the natural border of provinces of Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa.

Vung Ro Bay covers an area of 16.4 square kilometres (6.3 sq mi) and is surrounded by Deo Ca, Da Bia and Hon Ba mountains from the north, the east and the west respectively. There are some fine sand seasides by the bay. The bay is home to beautiful coral reefs. It is definitely one of the most beautiful seaside landscapes of Central Viet Nam.

Vung Ro Bay is an enclosed bay that is so deep it can receive ships weighing more than 10,000 tons. Along the coast, there are small, beautiful and attractive beaches, such as Hon Mua Beach.

The Deo Ca Nature Reserve is situated next to Vung Ro Bay, which is a protected forest stretching across the Vong Phu Mountains. The forest, which covers an area of 8,780ha, has rich flora and fauna, including 191 species of plants, 22 animal species, and 55 species of birds. Some precious and rare animals, such as pheasants, red-faced monkeys, Tibetan bears, Malayan bears, pangolins, and panthers, also live in the forest.
