Only citizens of some countries can travel to Vietnam without an entry visa (valid for a short stay only). All other citizens are required to get an entry visa before departure or a pre-approved entry visa (visa is issued on arrival at Vietnam’s International Airports) supplied before arrival in Vietnam.
We recommend that you obtain your entry visa by having a valid passport stamped prior to your departure by applying to any one of the Vietnam Embassies or Vietnam Consulates worldwide or just free your mind by asking us to do the task. We will submit your request to the Vietnam Immigration Department from Vietnam and we will send you the Approval Letter once your visa request is approved. With this Approval Letter, you will receive your Visa upon arrival in Vietnam – Visa On Arrival.
At Vietnam International airports (Ho Chi Minh City airport, Hanoi airport or Da Nang airport), the entry Visa will be stamped on your passport as you pass through the Vietnam Immigration checkpoint. You will have to pay the stamp fee at the airport.
Though valid for 30 days, it can be extended once you entered Vietnam. With this type of Visa, you only can enter to Vietnam by air.

Most of our tours are on a private basis so it’s just you, your family, friends or group, and your local guide. No long queues or waiting around for people to take photos, you can ask the questions you want to know and really get to know the country. By traveling on a private basis you are less obtrusive when visiting local villages etc and you can really decide on what you want to see and cut out anything that is not of any interest. After all it’s your holiday and valuable time so make sure you get the most out of it!
We offer a selection of group day tours, and seat-in-coach cruises in Hanoi, Hue, Ho Chi Minh city and the Mekong River Delta.
If you wish to change your itinerary after full payment has been made we will try our best to accommodate any changes but it depends on each individual supplier. We therefore take it case by case.
