Tan Lac Hoa Binh is a mountainous district of Hoa Binh Province offering off the beaten path jungle trek, hiking, trekking homestay, road cycling holidays, mountain bike tour, boat trips, motorbike, motorcycle tours from Hanoi. Tan Lac district is located the northwest Vietnam, about 3 hour drive from Hanoi.
Tan Lac district covers an area of 523 km2. It contains 1 township and 23 communes including Muong Khen, Bac Son, Dich Giao, Dong Lai, Do Nhan, Gia Mo, Lo Son, Lung Van, Man Duc, My Hhoa, Nam Son, Ngoc My, Ngoi Hoa, Ngo Luong, Phu Cuong, Phong Phu, Phu Vinh, Quy Hau, Quy My, Quyet Chien, Thanh Hoi, Trung Hoa, Tuan Lo, and Tu Ne.
Getting to Tan Lac
The best way to get to Tan Lac from Hanoi is to rent a car with driver. You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi and brought to Tan Lac. There are also public buses from Hanoi to Tan Lac.
