Pu Sam Cap Cave – Lai Chau

Pu Sam Cap Cave, part of Pu Sam Cap mountain range is located on the provincial road #129 which runs through Sin Ho plateau. The cave is about 6km from the West of Lai Chau Township, on the height of 1,700m above the sea level.

The complex of grotto Pu Sam Cap which has been discovered since July 2006. There are more than 10 grottoes and caves. Among them, there are three main grottoes named Thien Mon, Thien Duong and Thuy Tinh.

Coming to Pu Sam Cap, visitors have to go through a rough tortuous pathway. The ancient trees are stroked down by storms lying in the middle of the road.

Pu Sam Cap cave still stay out of mass tourism. There are only some simple sign plates to instruct visitors to the Thien Mon or Thien Duong caves. Booking a Pu Sam Cap guided tour is highly recommended.
