How do I make a booking?

Booking our travel products is so easy! Simply email us or fill in all the criteria in the contact form and proceed by clicking "Send". Ensure that all information given are correct, such as tel, fax number, email account. In a matter of minutes, our travel consultant will contact and bring you as much information as he/she can. We will reach you back within twenty four hours. If you do not receive any reply from us after one day, please resend your request since there may be problem of internet line.
   
How quickly can I make a booking?

You should receive replies to your booking requests within one business day. Assuming Lotussia Travel can accommodate your request, you can pay for the service immediately that day.
   
How do I know my booking has been confirmed?

Once your details have been processed our travel consultant will send a letter of confirmation to your email or fax that will list all your requested services with their status. This is your booking guarantee, so please ensure that you print it out and bring it with you when you go to take part in the tour.
